Principle
This website is a purely informational personal presence. There is no registration, no user account, no contact form and no newsletter. No cookies are set and no advertising network services are embedded.
Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, time, requested resource, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website.
Audience measurement
To evaluate the use of this website I operate my own, cookie-free audience measurement. It records the page visited, the language version, the domain of the referring page, the country of origin, the device type, the browser and clicks on outbound links.
No cookies are set and no identifiers are stored in the browser. The IP address is not stored; together with the browser signature and a secret value that rotates daily it is turned into an irreversible hash used solely to roughly distinguish visits within a single day. No personal identification is established and none is possible for me.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly statistics about the use of the website). The data is evaluated by me alone and is not shared with third parties.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and delivered via the Cloudflare content delivery network. Access data may therefore also be processed outside the EU; such transfers are based on standard contractual clauses.
External links
This website links to external services such as LinkedIn. When following these links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. No content or scripts from these providers are embedded on this website.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
